About me

I am a clinical academic with research interests in applied clinical rehabilitation, biomechanics and control of human movement. Originally trained as a clinical physiotherapist I completed my PhD at Keele University in which I have since gone on to further develop technical skills in advanced assessment and personalised treatment planning in patients with disordered control using 3D movement analysis and musculoskeletal modelling.

I am currently a Lecturer and Researcher at the University of Liverpool with a number of ongoing projects related to understanding human movement and assistive technology in health. I am always interested in potential collaborations and supporting PhD students or people wishing to undertake further research.
